Technology Display

The sponsorship partner will have a table-top display in the General Session ballroom (can include banners, collateral, limited equipment set-up). You will also have a breakout room to show a more comprehensive, integrated technology display. Kami Dukes and Marcie Carpenter will reach out to discuss breakout session content with sponsors and provide detailed parameters for presentations.

Please note:

  • Shipping & Receiving is open M-F between the hours of 7:30am - 5pm

  • Hotel does not have a loading dock. If sending a pallet, please make sure it arrives on a truck with a lift gate

  • Delivery Door is located on 6th Ave between Island and J St. Please ring bell for assistance

  • ​Sponsors will be responsible for any hotel fees associated with the handling of packages: Standard Boxes $5.00 per box Pallets $150.00 per pallet 

  • Please contact Marcie Carpenter, marcie.carpenter@amag.com, to request the hotel shipping form to complete prior to any shipments.

Event Registration and Travel

Silver Sponsors are afforded one room, as well as meals and beverages for one representative.


Check-in: Friday, February 21; Check-out: Monday, February 24th.
If arriving before the 21st or departing after the 24th, the group rate will be available based on hotel availability, but you will be responsible for payment of your own accommodations.


Additional representatives will be admitted based on availability and will be responsible for payment of their own accommodations and will be charged a per diem for meals and beverages.


Please provide the name, check-in date, and check-out date via the registration link for all representatives, including any additional representatives paying on their own.


AMAG will make all reservations for all representatives via rooming list to the resort.


Scheduled activities are provided during the event. Three representatives from each company are welcome to sign-up for a scheduled activity.
As space is limited, activities will not be open to additional representatives.

Transportation

Transportation will be provided to/from the San Diego International Airport (SAN) on main travel days only, Friday, February 21 and Monday, February 24. If you are checking-in or out on days other than main travel days, you must provide your own transportation.

Parking

If driving to this event, you are responsible for your own parking fees.

Set-Up and Teardown

Set-up starts on Friday, February 21 at noon. Teardown will begin at 4:00pm on Sunday, February 23. *All Sunday activities will be concluded by 3:30pm, to allow sponsors time to break down their technology displays.

Package Shipping Instructions

All guest and event packages being shipped to the hotel must follow the address label standards (illustrated right) to prevent package routing delays. Please schedule your shipment(s) to arrive 3 days prior to the event start date to avoid additional storage fees. Use the name of the recipient who will be on-site to receive and sign for the package(s).
